Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK seeks a Director in Insurance with a proven delivery track record across Commercial/Specialty or London Markets and the drive to build enduring client relationships that deliver value. You will lead one or more accounts and shape the Insurance portfolio for the Invent brand.

You will mentor junior team members, drive talent recruitment, and balance sales with delivery while collaborating across accounts. Hybrid working is provided, with strong client and team impact.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation and to enlist support from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
• Experience of proposition building and delivery within the Insurance sector.
• Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow one or more Invent Insurance accounts across the entire Invent offering portfolio.
• Pro-actively open new connections and bring the team with you to maximise impact on client.
• Balance optimally sales and delivery – be hands-on as needed in support of the teams.
• Contribute to business development, internal campaigns, and practice development.
