Job summary

Dementia UK is seeking a Manager, In Memory Giving to lead our In Memory programme, delivering campaigns and experiences that grow audiences and long-term income. You will design and implement multi‑channel fundraising activities, oversee annual budgets, and work closely with the Legacy & In Memory Senior Manager to shape the strategy.

A collaborative role with cross‑organisational project leadership is essential.

Qualifications

Experience leading fundraising campaigns across channels.
Ability to write operational team plans and manage budgets.
Strong stakeholder engagement and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead the In Memory Giving programme and develop inspiring campaigns and experiences to grow audiences and income.
Deliver stewardship and appeals to provide exceptional supporter experience.
Recruit and manage an In Memory Giving Executive and coordinate with the Legacy & In Memory Senior Manager.
Monitor performance with monthly and quarterly reporting and inform senior leaders.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximise impact.
