Job summary

Iceberg is seeking a Director of Identity Trust to define and lead its enterprise-wide identity strategy within a global financial services context. Reporting to the CISO, this senior role will influence strategy, people and investment, leading expert teams in identity architecture, governance and access security.

The package is competitive with hybrid working for the right candidate, offering direct exposure to the CISO and enterprise-wide influence beyond a traditional IAM function.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership in enterprise IAM, Identity Security or Digital Trust.
• Strong technical understanding of modern identity architecture and security.

Are you an identity security leader ready to shape strategy at an enterprise level and operate at the heart of a CISO organisation?

My client is a leading global financial services organisation looking for a Director of Identity Trust to define and lead its enterprise-wide identity strategy.

Reporting to the CISO, this is a senior leadership appointment with influence beyond a traditional IAM function. The organisation is building a security model around specialist-led value streams, with Directors leading pools of experts, setting direction and driving delivery. It offers the opportunity to operate as a key deputy to the CISO, with genuine ownership of strategy, people and investment.

The role will involve:

• Leading specialist teams across identity architecture, governance and access security.
