Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
- Hands-on leadership with large, complex codebases; maintainable architecture and quality controls.
- Experience with AI coding agents and governance, including testing infrastructure.
- Experience building engineering tooling across a modern stack and instrumentation.
Responsibilities
- Design and build harness components; contribute code, not just direction.
- Develop guides, rules, and docs to guide agent behavior and adoption.
- Create feedback sensors and tests to catch issues before human review.
- Own AI governance for the region; define approval boundaries for automation.
