The candidate will design scalable CI/CD architectures, migrate from legacy tools, and enable teams using Harness AI Agents, with strong emphasis on governance and cost management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD engineering, or platform engineering roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Harness Software Delivery Platform (CI, CD, STO, Chaos, CCM).
• Experience designing enterprise CI/CD pipelines and scalable delivery workflows.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and security governance (OPA).
• Comfort with AI-driven automation and pipeline optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines on Harness for enterprise delivery and compliance.
• Architect end-to-end delivery workflows across Harness modules (CI, CD, STO, Chaos, CCM) and AI features.
• Manage Harness Delegate installations, upgrades, and integrations across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Platform, Security, and AppDev teams to define scalable CI/CD patterns and reusable templates.
• Onboard applications to Harness, configure pipelines, troubleshoot, and support modernization (containerization, IaC).
• Integrate security scanners (SAST, SCA, DAST, container scanning) via Harness STO and enforce OPA governance.
• Leverage Harness AI Agents for automation, triaging, remediation, and policy-driven decisions.
