Job Description
The Director, Growth Products (Agentic Commerce), is part of Visa Europe's wider Growth Products & Partnerships team focused on forging new commercial structures and non-traditional product partnerships across key emerging segments. This role will focus on Agentic Commerce opportunities and be responsible for pursuing and executing new commercial & strategic partnerships with AI companies, global fintechs, and emerging digital platforms. The role requires a balanced mix of solutioning, sales, partnership development, and thought leadership. Successful candidates with have shown and can clearly demonstrate strong business and product acumen, deep industry experience, business development experience, and will be able to formulate and pursue strategies to find meaningful growth for Visa in the AI space.
This role requires in-depth understanding of Visa and our partner's capabilities, needs, and goals and driving towards successful outcomes which could come in the form of non-traditional deal execution, new product or market launches, solutioning and pilots, growing existing business lines, or other strategic priorities.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 10+ years of work experience
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business
development strategies in a complex and fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of Agentic Commerce, digital payments, and emerging
technologies
Preferred Qualifications
• Self-starter who is driven and can find ways to move things forward, with ability
to connect dots on complex ecosystem, across dozens of products and
hundreds of prospects and potential partners
• Leads by example, including enthusiasm and takes pride in their work, with a
strong bias towards action
• Significant related product, sales and management experience in the payments
and/or financial services industry, with particular preferred experience in AI,
cross border money movement, card networks, account to account payments,
etc
• Demonstrated track record of planning, managing and closing complex,
competitive commercial deals from negotiation, to closing and through
delivery
• Experience 'managing up', building Executive Level communications and
delivering presentations
• Proven record of implementing strategic initiatives, policies and operational
decisions
• Strong storytelling capabilities and passion for improving financial services
• Ability to work within a complex and often ambiguous environment, and to
influence senior management and other relevant parties
• Soft skills including genuine and open communication, active listening,
compassionate, and inspires others
