World Fuel Group is seeking a commercially-driven Director, Government & Defence Solutions (EMEA) to expand our government and defence business across Europe. Based in London (Canary Wharf), this role involves developing key customer relationships, pursuing strategic opportunities, and leading complex pursuits across defence, NATO, and government organisations.
You will serve as a trusted partner shaping fuel, logistics and operational support solutions, guiding regional growth strategy, and
Competenze
- 10+ years in business development or government contracting.
- Proven success growing complex government accounts.
- Experience navigating procurement environments.
- Strong negotiation and relationship skills.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders across operations and procurement.
- Ability to influence in complex environments.

- Develop growth strategies across European government and defence markets.
- Lead senior commercial relationships with procurement and executives.
