Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Director of Transfer Pricing to lead the non-US transfer pricing program. The role focuses on developing and monitoring TP policies, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance across Cencora’s international entities. You will guide business teams, manage TP reviews, and collaborate with global tax teams.

The ideal candidate will have CA/CPA/CTA, strong TP experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Travel up to 25% is possible.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and professional qualification (CA/CPA/CTA) required.
• Strong knowledge of transfer pricing concepts and OECD guidelines.
• Experience preparing transfer pricing documentation under OECD principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update transfer pricing documentation per OECD/local rules.
• Conduct benchmarking studies and interpret results for planning/advisory.
• Model and advise on transfer pricing implications of new arrangements.
• Support and advise on tax compliance and related projects.
