Job summary

CSL is seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead materials sourcing and supplier management across sites, ensuring quality, reliability, cost and delivery.

You will evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and align procurement strategies with customer requirements while supporting global/category teams. This role requires 7+ years in procurement and a bachelor’s degree, with certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' procurement/supply management experience.
• Bachelor degree in business or technical discipline.
• Purchasing management certification preferred (ISM/CPM, CIPS).

Responsibilities

• Sourcing of materials and supplier management to ensure quality, reliability, cost and delivery.
• Align procurement strategies with customer site/commercial business.
• May support an assigned category or multiple categories as part of a global or regional category team.
• Evaluate suppliers, create and maintain contracts, negotiate pricing and build relationships with vendors.
• Partner with stakeholders to define, review and monitor supplier performance.
• Improve systems and processes to deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness of service.

• May support an assigned category or multiple categories as part of a global or regional category team
• Evaluates suppliers, creates and maintains contracts, negotiates pricing and builds relationships with vendors
• Partners with stakeholders to define, review and monitor supplier performance
• Improves systems and processes to deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness of service

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or technical discipline relevant to CSL products
• 7+ years' procurement/supply management experience
• Purchasing Management Certification (ISM/CPM, CIPS) preferred
• Demonstrated success negotiating complex supply agreements
