SHI UK invites an accomplished Director, Corporate Planning to own the company’s enterprise planning agenda. The role designs, leads, and executes the end-to-end planning process and partners with the Finance leadership to shape strategic and financial assumptions.

You will build and maintain a scalable corporate planning model, run annual and rolling forecasts, and present risks and opportunities to executives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• Master's degree preferred; professional qualification advantageous.
• 10+ years in finance with 7+ years FP&A experience.
• Experience leading or building teams and influencing execs.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end enterprise planning lifecycle: annual plan, reforecast, rolling forecast and long-range model.
• Define planning calendar, templates, milestones, submission process and reviews.
• Translate strategy into a financial plan and frame priorities with Finance leadership.
• Act as the FP&A interface to executive leadership during cycles.
• Lead rollout of the corporate plan and ensure governance and clear risk/opportunity packs.
