Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale data architecture and engineering.
• Experience implementing data governance, data quality, and data management capabilities.
• Experience with CMDB, data models, quality, and integration in complex environments.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps.
• Experience operating in highly regulated/controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategic direction for data engineering capabilities and scalable architectures.
• Own CMDB strategy and engineering, driving data quality through scalable integration.
• Drive data strategies for horizontal scale, performance, and risk reduction.
• Establish and champion data standards across SDLC, testing, observability, and security.
• Deliver data pipeline/architecture solutions usable across multiple domains.
• Provide leadership for CMDB strategy and data quality improvements.
• Develop data talent and cross-functional partnerships across product, architecture, and security.
• Lead safe adoption of enterprise AI with human validation for sensitive data handling.
• Establish governance standards for AI-assisted workflows with traceability.
