Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking an Engagement Director for its UK Energy & Utilities practice. This is a business-building role with influence across the E&U portfolio, partnering with major clients and shaping propositions, opening new accounts and deepening relationships.

You will oversee client leadership, business development and consulting, gaining exposure to large-scale transformation across strategy, people, programme delivery and technology.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting or professional services.
• Substantial Energy & Utilities consulting experience (essential).
• Demonstrable sales and account growth record, spanning new business wins and expansion of existing accounts.
• Track record of owning senior client relationships and engaging credibly with C-suite stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead complex transformation or consulting engagements.
• Confident shaping propositions, building proposals and driving opportunities to close.
• Experience leading and developing consulting teams.
• Commercially astute, credible and comfortable operating at Director level.
