Page Executive in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head of the Transaction & Energy Transition (Director) for a global consultancy. You will lead origination and execution efforts, delivering financial, regulatory and market analyses to help infrastructure investors identify opportunities.

You will advise on commercial and regulatory due diligence, strategy, and asset valuation across regulated and competitive utilities and infrastructure, partnering with investors, lenders and owners during

Qualifications

Demonstrable experience advising on transactions in Power & Utilities.
Experience providing regulatory and commercial due diligence and/or strategic/finance advice on deals in Power & Utilities.
Experience managing transactions in infrastructure with understanding of transaction processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the team's origination and execution efforts.
Lead engagements to provide financial, regulatory and market analysis for investment opportunities.
Provide commercial and regulatory due diligence and strategic advice on transactions, focusing on regulated utilities and infrastructure.
Advise utilities on strategic investments, value creation, asset valuation and growth opportunities across regulated and competitive infrastructure businesses.
Advise investors, lenders and infrastructure owners on acquisitions, disposals and capital raising, providing support and value creation strategies across power and infrastructure assets.
