Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in London seeks a Senior Product Owner for the Employee Experience Platform. You will own the product vision, set multi-year roadmaps, and define OKRs to measure adoption and user satisfaction across a headless, multi-channel platform.

Collaborating with Tech@BCG and senior stakeholders, you will govern build-vs-buy decisions, ensure security and governance, and lead a network of product owners to scale the platform beyond Tech@BCG into HR and other functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• CSPO certification and experience in professional services are a plus.
• 10+ years of product management experience leading enterprise-scale, employee-facing platforms.
• Experience with enterprise service delivery or self-service platforms (ServiceNow, Workday).
• Experience partnering with C-suite and executive stakeholders to secure investment and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Employee Experience Platform.
• Define OKRs and success metrics: adoption, satisfaction, time-to-resolution.
• Chair governance forums with senior stakeholders and manage build-vs-buy decisions.
• Architect the headless, multi-channel platform for web, mobile, chat, and AI surfaces.
• Lead a network of product owners and managers and ensure governance of AI features.
