Job summary

Quotient Therapeutics seeks a Director, Early Research Project Management to build and lead our research project management capabilities as Quotient scales its somatic genomics drug target discovery platform. You will partner with scientific leaders to drive day-to-day program delivery while establishing governance and operating models that scale the portfolio.

Qualifications

• PhD with 5–8+ years in biopharma preferred; early therapeutic research or drug discovery background.
• BS/MS with 10+ years in biopharma considered for seniority.
• Experience introducing governance, tools, and portfolio management processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution of Quotient's research portfolio with integrated, executable project plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional matrix teams to align milestones, timelines and objectives.
• Develop and optimise integrated project plans with clear dependencies and resource needs.
