Job summary

Quotient Therapeutics seeks a senior leader to drive translational medicine strategy, integrating insights across discovery, clinical development and corporate teams to prioritize targets and plan early development.

The role spans human genetics, target validation, biomarker discovery, clinical pharmacology, and regulatory strategy, with responsibility for Phase 1/2 leadership and CRO partnerships.

Qualifications

• MD or MD/PhD with clinical development experience.
• Proven ability to translate science into development strategies.
• Experience driving early translational planning for clinical programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical insight to disease area strategy assessments and target selection.
• Lead translational biology planning and TMP development across projects.
• Develop early development strategies and study protocols for Phase 1/2.
• Interact with CROs and internal teams for regulatory submissions and biosafety.
• Advise on regulatory interactions and IND/CTA submissions.
• Oversee safety monitoring and integrate external experts to refine plans.
