Job summary

Interpath Advisory, a leading international advisory firm, seeks a Director for Operational Deal Services in London. You will lead and deliver value creation initiatives across deals, with accountability for due diligence, integration planning, and post‑deal improvements.

You will build client networks across Private Equity and Corporate clients, manage multi workstreams, and mentor junior colleagues while traveling as required to client sites and engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in diagnosing and delivering performance improvement consulting projects, pre & post deal.
• Track record of delivering operational value creation, improvement or transformation mandates.
• Strong financial and operational analytical skills and the ability to build complex financial models.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a network across Private Equity and Corporates to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
• Lead sell-side & buy-side operational due diligence, post-merger integration/separation, and value delivery activities.
• Own and drive workstreams from scoping to reporting of findings and client-ready materials.
