Job summary

Key Responsibilities

Set ambitiousEU productstrategy definingand owningtheroadmapforbest-in-class remittance product as wellasbeyond remittancevision(wallets, banking. Etc)aligned to customersgrowthand engagement.

Lead a team of product managers, analysts anddesigners raising the bar on product craft,data rigour,customercentricity, andambitiousproblemssolving.You'llchampion AI tooling within your own teamsto increase velocity and quality byaccelerating research, prototyping, experimentation, and decision-making.

Drive new customers growth through better onboarding, funnel optimization, referrals, lifecycle engagement, and localized experiences across European corridors.

Improve retention with delightful products reducing friction and increasing clarity on our pricing merchandising,networkand delivery times.

Build for high-bandsenders by shaping a differentiated proposition for larger transfers, including tailored verification journeys, premium features, loyalty, and support.

Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, risk, and global product teams.

Expand beyond remittances by diversifying into adjacent financial services that deepen customer relationships and lifetime value

What We Are Looking For
