Job summary

InvestorFlow is seeking a Director of DevOps & SRE to lead reliability, security, and scalability of the InvestorFlow platform. You will set technical direction, own the roadmap, and manage a team of engineers across both disciplines, collaborating with Engineering and Product on roadmap planning and delivery.

You will stay hands-on for architecture reviews when needed, but will emphasize automation-first practices, IaC, and AI-assisted tooling adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps/SRE or infra engineering.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Hands-on Azure production experience.
• SaaS multi-tenant production support.
• Strong scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell).
• Security and compliance focus.
• CI/CD and IaC fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute DevOps/SRE strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and develop engineering teams across DevOps and SRE.
• Own Azure cloud platform across DEV/QA/STG/PRD.
• Oversee CI/CD and release engineering with GitHub Actions.
• Implement IaC standards with Terraform.
• Drive automation-first operating model and self-service tooling.
• Managing identity, access, and security controls.
• Drives incident response and disaster recovery readiness.
