Job summary

Figma is seeking a deeply technical product leader to guide the Roundtripping area, including Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform. You will manage and grow a team of Product Managers, partnering with engineering, design, data, and research to drive technical product decisions.

You will set the strategy for keeping design and code in sync, own end-to-end workflows, and establish a strong operating cadence to meet adoption goals across workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing Product Managers, with a track record of hiring, calibrating, and developing talent.
• Deep experience shipping developer tools and AI products, including evals, annotation pipelines, and ship/no-ship decisions on model behavior.
• Experience setting strategy and executing major initiatives in technically and product-ambiguous environments, rallying an org around bold bets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the four teams driving Figma's Roundtripping area: Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, Code Platform.
• Set vision, strategy, and goals to keep design and code in sync at Figma.
• Own end-to-end Design to Code and Code to Design workflows, including quality measurement and discoverability.
• Guide development of code-context systems and translation primitives powering agentic workflows and round-tripping.
• Manage and develop three Product Managers, hire the open PM role, and establish a high bar for PM craft.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and research to make technical product decisions across Figma's product suite.
• Establish operating cadence and own adoption goals for MCP and Design to Code/Code to Design workflows.
