Job summary

Figma seeks a deeply technical product leader to steer the Roundtripping area, guiding four teams and aligning design and code workflows. You will manage a team of Product Managers, set strategy, and partner with engineering, design, data, and research leaders to deliver impactful developer tools and AI-driven products.

The role is full-time and can be based in our London hub or remotely within the UK, reflecting our flexible, globally connected product culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing Product Managers
• Deep experience shipping developer tools and AI products
• Track record setting strategy and executing on major initiatives in ambiguous technical environments
• Experience working with enterprise customers to understand workflows and deliver shipped product
• Excellent collaboration and communication with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead the product aspects of four teams: Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform
• Set vision and strategy for how design and code stay in sync at Figma
• Own end-to-end workflows including quality, improvement, and discoverability
• Develop code-context systems and translation primitives for round-tripping between design and code
• Manage and grow Product Managers and hire for open PM roles, raising the bar for PM craft
