Job summary

Figma is seeking a technically-minded product designer to shape how design, code, and AI-powered workflows come together. In this role you will turn ambiguity into clarity, collaborating with engineers, PMs, and researchers to craft intuitive experiences across our platform.

You’ll prototype new workflows that connect design with production code, contribute to product strategy, and help scale our design systems. The role can be based in London or remotely within the UK.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience for software products of similar scale.
• Strong visual craft with attention to typography, layout, and prototyping.
• Ability to drive end-to-end design processes from discovery to launch.

Responsibilities

• Shape and prototype workflows bringing design and production code closer together.
• Contribute to product strategy and direction.
• Deliver clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, UX writing, data science and research peers.
• Create and iterate flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals; provide thoughtful feedback for others doing the same.
• Design and ship high-quality features and product improvements in Figma's core product surfaces.
• Contribute to design org culture through critiques and mentoring.
