Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an experienced Consulting Director to lead data and analytics engagements within the Business Transformation team in London. You will advise clients on data landscapes, shape data roadmaps, and help bring innovative analytics offerings to market.

You will collaborate with clients and teams, manage multiple projects, and drive growth through high-impact proposals and strong stakeholder engagement. A strong track record in consulting and data-led delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of leading and delivering data and analytics engagements in a professional services environment.
• Experience managing consulting teams, delivery and people development.
• Participate in/lead data analytics assessment engagements and facilitate workshops to define objectives and requirements.
• Support clients in evaluating Business Intelligence solutions and demonstrating fit.
• Demonstrable business development experience: originating, scoping, pricing and winning work.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data engagements end-to-end, owning quality, risk and client outcomes.
• Advise clients on data strategy, migration, analytics and AI to shape roadmaps.
• Shape and productise propositions, including dashboards, analytics, and AI accelerators.
• Drive business development: originate opportunities, scope and price work, and write proposals.
• Grow the delivery team by recruiting, developing and mentoring consultants and engineers.
