RSM UK Deal Services in Greater London is seeking a data analytics lead to manage and deliver analytics engagements for middle-market clients. You will build data strategies, lead delivery teams, and collaborate with clients on innovative solutions.

You will shape and price proposals, drive business development, and mentor consultants while delivering high-quality, client-focused results in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data and analytics engagements in a professional services setting.
• Strong ability to translate business problems into data requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience managing consulting teams and developing people.
• Ability to craft data analytics proposals, scope work, and price engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data engagements end-to-end, ensuring quality and client outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders as advisor on data strategy and analytics.
• Shape propositions and take them to market, including AI accelerators.
• Drive business development: originate opportunities, scope work, price, and win projects.
• Develop and mentor consultants and engineers, expanding the delivery bench.
