Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an Associate Director (Bespoke Analytics Lead) to lead the Audit Data Analytics function, embedded with engagement teams to improve audit quality and client experience. You will own the strategy, commercial positioning and delivery of bespoke analytics across the practice.

You will build and coach a high-performing team, drive senior stakeholder conversations, and influence tenders and engagements to deliver measurable value. This is a leadership role in a growing function.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification with audit background.
• Experience leading senior stakeholder conversations and driving commercial outcomes.
• Experience taking analytical projects from concept to production in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial, operational and people strategy for bespoke analytics.
• Lead a team of ACA-qualified auditors delivering client-specific analytical solutions.
• Shape the analytics function’s evolution, scale and delivery across the audit practice.
• Oversee delivery operations including demand, prioritisation and resourcing.
