Role Description

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will serve as a trusted advisor for Salesforce’s Signature Success Plan clients, focusing on maximizing value from Salesforce investments. You will build deep relationships, monitor key events and risks, and collaborate across teams to ensure a unified Signature experience. This role is pivotal in advancing Salesforce’s CRM + AI + Data mission, especially for large strategic customers leveraging Data Cloud and AI capabilities.

Your Impact
  • Own customer accountability for Signature deliverables, renewals, and expansion.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships with IT and business leaders.
  • Assist customers in achieving their goals by coordinating services, providing feature guidance, and advising on new features and release schedules.
  • Communicate the value of Signature Success to ensure ongoing renewals.
  • Advocate for customers in case resolution and support occasional travel and after-hours coverage.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 8 years’ experience in Customer Success, SaaS, consulting, or related fields.
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and vice versa.
  • Knowledge of software development and design methodologies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to resolve customer needs.
Preferred Requirements
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products and certifications (e.g., Data Cloud, Admin, Consultant).
  • Experience with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.) and analytics/AI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Python, R).
  • Experience working with enterprise-level customers.

This role is office-flexible with an expectation of 3 days in the office per week.
