EY-Parthenon is seeking a Director of Operational Strategy to drive cost transformation and restructuring initiatives across client organisations. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, develop compelling client proposals, and guide delivery from inception to value realisation.

Qualifications

Multiyear enterprise-wide / cross-functional transformation programmes across senior leadership alignment and value realisation.
Cost Transformation and Operational Restructuring experience, including turnaround or crisis management.
Experience leading on sales and business development for professional services projects.

Responsibilities

Advise clients across sectors to develop and implement strategic transformations and realise value.
Lead pitches, client presentations and maintain key client relationships; oversee project delivery.
Translate operational insights into clear financial outcomes (EBITDA, cash, CAPEX).
Shape go-to-market collateral and contribute to practice growth and thought leadership.
Grow the Operational Strategy practice and coach junior team members.
