Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking an Assistant Director (Senior Manager) to lead cost transformation and operational restructuring across diverse sectors. You will advise boards and executives, manage fast-paced delivery teams, and translate operational insights into concrete financial outcomes.

Qualifications

Professional services / consulting experience.
Cost Transformation: experience in cost reduction programmes, zero-based budgeting, value realisation, capex and opex cost optimisation.
Operational Restructuring: experience in turnaround, strategic options assessments, crisis management, and/or exit / closure implementations.
Value creation in transactions, including carve outs/separations or integrations.
Strong analytical skills, linking operational analysis to financial statements.

Responsibilities

Advise clients across sectors on strategic transformations and cost reduction.
Lead project delivery teams with tight timelines and high stakeholder engagement.
Develop and deliver clear, concise executive-ready reports and recommendations.
Support on pitches and business development to grow the practice.
Coach junior team members and contribute to thought leadership.
