Job summary

ReWork Recruitment Group Ltd in Manchester is seeking an established Cost Consultancy professional to lead and grow the offering across the UK. The role keeps you close to delivery across industrial, commercial, residential sectors and PBSA.

You will be MRICS, senior level, with a strong network and a proven track record of turning relationships into work, shaping strategy, developing the team and client base.

We are working with a highly respected independent property consultancy looking for an established Cost Consultancy professional to help lead and grow its offering across the UK.

There is already a strong platform: major institutional and investment clients, high-profile projects and an established multidisciplinary business around you.

What they need now is somebody with the experience, relationships and ambition to help take the Cost Consultancy business to another level.

You will remain close to delivery, working across industrial, commercial, residential, PBSA and Build to Rent, but this is much bigger than simply running projects. You will also help shape strategy, develop the team, strengthen existing client relationships and create new ones.

You will need to be MRICS, technically excellent and already operating at a senior level within Cost Consultancy. Crucially, you'll also have a strong network and a track record of turning relationships into work.

For the right person, this is an opportunity to join an established consultancy without inheriting an established ceiling.

You will have the backing, clients and infrastructure already in place – but genuine influence over where the service goes next.
