Lord Search & Selection Ltd is seeking an experienced M&A professional to join a dynamic, growth-focused team. In this Director-level role, you will oversee deal leadership, client engagement, and business development across mid-market transactions.

You will work with entrepreneurs, shareholders, and investors, building trusted relationships while guiding transactions from origination to completion in the UK and international markets.

Qualifications

• ACA qualified and currently operating at Manager level within Corporate Finance or related environment.
• Proven track record advising on mid-market transactions across full deal lifecycle.
