Lord Search & Selection is seeking an experienced M&A adviser at Director/Manager level to lead mid-market transactions. You will work with a highly experienced team to win, structure, and close deals while building trusted client relationships and contributing to the firm’s growth strategy.

The role requires ACA qualification with strong communication and leadership skills, and a track record of managing deal teams across the lifecycle.

The Candidate

You are ACA qualified and currently operating at the Manager or equivalent level within a Corporate Finance, Investment Bank or Private Equity environment. You have a strong track record of advising on mid-market transactions, with experience spanning the full deal lifecycle from origination through to completion. Commercially astute and relationship-driven, you will possess excellent communication skills, a natural ability to engage with business owners and stakeholders, and previous experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
