Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, economics, business or accounting.
• Substantial construction experience, preferably in claims and dispute resolution.
• Knowledge or experience of contract and change order management, critical path scheduling analysis, preparation of change orders or claims, cost estimates, and review of drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze construction schedules.
• Prepare job cost reports and labour records.
• Conduct earned value analysis and project reporting.
• Manage change orders and contracts.
• Engage and lead project teams under engagement leaders.
