SCCSI in London (with Chorley office) seeks a director-level delay analysis lead to head complex construction project scheduling, delay claims and associated legal support. You will author expert reports, testify as required, and manage commissions with a focus on methodology, resourcing and pricing.

The role includes high-level business development, client presentations and mentoring of staff. No salary or closing date is published.

• Delivers expert delay analyses and submissions to support claims or rebuttals.
• Directs preparation and review of delay and disruption analyses for complex projects.
• Provides expert testimony and coordinates with clients, lawyers, engineers and project managers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delay analysis and project scheduling on complex construction projects.
• Oversee delay claims and support legal proceedings where required.
• Manage commissions and teams; set methodologies, resourcing and pricing strategies.
