Haleon plc. is seeking a Director of Capital and Facilities Procurement to lead end-to-end capital and facilities procurement.
You will report to the Head, Global Directs and Capital Procurement and manage approximately £800m in spend across ongoing business needs and new projects. The role requires building and delivering a global procurement strategy, negotiating with suppliers, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to align business goals.

The Director, Capital and Facilities Procurement will have responsibility for end-to-end Capital and Facilities Procurement, and reports into Head, Global Directs and Capital Procurement. The role leads Procurement for a strategic area of the business. The role interacts with senior stakeholders in Capital construction, engineering and directly covers ~£800m in spend across ongoing business capital needs and new projects Capital requirements (incl. Greenfield/Brownfield projects), Facilities procurement across QSC, Commercial business. Additionally, the role:
Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Level of Education: Master’s Degree, 10+ years of work experience
Area of Specialisation: Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance
Why is it Required? Role requires ability to develop sophisticated procurement strategies in alignment with business needs. A strong understanding of business and financial analysis is a plus.
