Role Description

Based in London, as the Senior Director of Business Development, you will lead global new business initiatives, orchestrate pitch strategies, and guide cross-functional teams through high-stakes projects. This role offers a chance to work on industry-defining projects, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Produce Winning Work: Lead pitch management processes from start to finish, showcasing Groupe capabilities.
2. Lead Teams: Manage large-scale pitches, motivate teams, and foster collaboration.
3. Design and Activate Pitch Plans: Oversee pitch delivery, ensuring strategic alignment across channels.
4. Close Collaboration: Work with Groupe teams to deploy strategies and ensure timely delivery in our Central Repository.
