Responsibilities

  • Produce Winning Work: Take full accountability for leading first-class pitch management processes, from initiation to post-pitch strategy, emphasizing Groupe capabilities.
  • Lead Teams: Direct large-scale pitches, guide cross-functional teams, and foster a collaborative atmosphere that motivates and supports team members.
  • Design and Activate Pitch Plans: Oversee all aspects of pitch delivery, ensuring effective communication and strategic alignment across media, data, tech, and creative channels.
  • Close Collaboration: Work closely across Publicis Groupe to deploy winning strategies and ensure on-time delivery of pitch details in our Central Repository.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in media, creative, PR planning/strategy, integrated marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in business development within similar contexts.
  • Strong project management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Effective leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and communicate strategically.
  • Curiosity and agility to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
