Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG seeks an Architecture Governance Lead in London to drive governance frameworks and ensure architectural integrity across major programmes. You will work with sponsors and architects, translating strategic goals into scalable architecture decisions to support the bank’s technology and data strategy.

Hybrid role with a focus on collaboration across global and local teams, risk-aware decision making, and continuous improvement of governance controls.

Qualifications

• Strong governance and architecture experience in large financial institutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture solutions.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in technology governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement architecture governance frameworks and processes.
• Monitor and report on architecture governance metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with programme sponsors, managers and architects to ensure architectural integrity and alignment.
• Communicate architecture strategies and decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Act as liaison between local and global architecture teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks; integrate risk management into governance processes.
• Manage key controls to ensure policy compliance and effective operations.
