Lloyd’s is seeking a Direct Tax Manager to lead tax compliance, reporting and governance for the Corporation of Lloyd’s, its UK subsidiaries and international network. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with commercial influence to manage risk and support business decisions.

You’ll own direct tax obligations, oversee UK returns, Pillar Two, CbCR and tax provisions, and build relationships with HMRC and external advisers. Two reports in the Direct Tax team will report to you.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience leading UK corporation tax compliance & reporting in a complex organisation.
• Experience coordinating Pillar Two, Country-by-Country Reporting and Corporate Interest Restriction.
• Ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly to tax and non-tax audiences.

• Lead accurate delivery of UK corporation tax returns, payments and compliance.
• Manage group/global tax requirements including Pillar Two & CbCR.
• Lead group tax reporting, provisions and disclosures.
• Maintain governance & controls across direct tax processes.
• Identify tax risks, issues and control weaknesses and escalate.
