West Bay RI is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals with intellectual, developmental, and emotional disabilities to live more independent lives in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs (with assistance or devices).
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, push and pull as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Preparing meals and supporting dietary needs.
• Helping with household tasks and errands.
• Transporting and accompanying individuals to appointments and activities.
