Job summary

Wellburn Care Careers is hiring Dining Room Assistants for our family-run homes in the Tees Valley area. You’ll support residents at mealtimes, set up dining rooms, and help keep spaces clean and welcoming.

We value kindness and caring, provide comprehensive training, and offer ongoing career progression. This role is on-site with excellent rates of pay and benefits including NVQ qualification support and staff wellbeing initiatives.

• Prepare the dining room for meals and assist residents with their meals.

About the role

The kitchen is at the heart of all of our homes, and so are our Dining Room Assistants. They ensure the smooth running of each meal time preparing the dining room, assisting our residents with their meals and ensuring everything is clean and tidy.

Its not always glamourous, but it’s one of the most rewarding jobs out there. Our Dining Room Assistants help to improve the health of our residents providing them with well balanced meals.
