Job summary

Wellburn Care Homes is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join our community-focused team in Gateshead. You will help residents with daily tasks, meals, and personal care while promoting independence and wellbeing.

We value warmth, reliability and a genuine commitment to person-centered care, with opportunities for training and career progression within a friendly, family-run environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in care or support roles is preferable.
• Demonstrates patience, compassion and reliability.
• Ability to support daily living activities and personal care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals and personal care.
• Provide one-to-one support and encourage independence.
• Work closely with the care team to monitor wellbeing.
