Job summary

British Airways Holidays is seeking a Digital Workplace & Microsoft Platforms Manager/Lead to own the Microsoft estate across IAG Loyalty, setting direction and staying close to ground truth. You’ll lead transformation of Microsoft 365, Entra, endpoint management, identity, security and Copilot, owning the workspace roadmap and delivering secure, resilient services.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing an enterprise Microsoft 365 and Digital Workplace estate.
• Broad knowledge across the Microsoft stack including Entra, endpoint management, security and Copilot.
• Proven track record leading Microsoft/Digital Workplace programmes and roadmaps.
• Experience automating workplace services through telemetry and AI-enabled operations.
• Experience leading blended teams and managing budgets, licences and suppliers.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to dive into technology and own delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction, roadmap and performance of the Digital Workplace and Microsoft platform estate.
• Lead a blended team of internal staff, contractors and partners with clear accountability.
• Drive major Microsoft and workplace technology programmes and manage delivery risk.
• Act as technical authority across Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Defender, Purview, SharePoint, Teams and Exchange Online.
• Improve services with automation, telemetry and AI-enabled operations to boost colleague experience.
• Manage budgets, licences, managed services and supplier relationships.
