• Extensive experience managing an enterprise Microsoft 365, Digital Workplace or EUC estate.
• Proven track record leading large Microsoft/workplace technology programmes.
• Strong delivery leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and own the Microsoft platform roadmap.
• Lead a blended team of internal staff, contractors and partners.
• Drive delivery, budgets, licences and supplier performance in workplace tech.
• Challenge architecture and security decisions with hands-on credibility.
• Improve services using automation, telemetry and AI-enabled approaches.
