Description

• Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviours of pension customers, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product managers, designers, developers, and business stakeholders to integrate user research insights into product and service development.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from research activities to derive actionable insights.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations for stakeholders at various levels.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate digital platforms, identify usability issues, and recommend improvements.
• Work with the design team to ensure customer-centric principles and design guidelines are prioritized.
• Translate customer insights into compelling experiences and narratives.

What are we looking for:

• An experienced Digital User Researcher with a background in financial services such as Pensions, Investment, Insurance, or Banking.
• Experience in planning, recruiting, and managing research using various methodologies.
• Ability to analyze and collate data effectively.
• Strong collaboration skills with project stakeholders to understand customer value and incorporate feedback into product design.
• Experience with Agile Research methodologies.
• GDS experience is desirable.
