Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Digital Trust – Senior Manager in Glasgow to lead complex client engagements and shape strategic solutions addressing cybersecurity and Digital Trust. You will advise senior stakeholders, influence C-suite decisions, and drive business development while scaling Digital Trust capabilities.

You will coach and develop a team of consultants and managers, foster a high-performance culture, and contribute to proposals and client pitches.

Qualifications

• Experience in a major consulting firm or relevant industry.
• Proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organization.
• Track record of generating ~£1 million in consulting revenues.
• Strong proposition building and delivery skills.
• GenAI Security and risk management experience is advantageous.
