Job summary

TTC Tech is recruiting a Technology Project Manager to lead complex customer-facing digital and commerce changes across our travel brands. The role focuses on delivering an Order Management System rollout and Contiki Phase 2 with strong collaboration across brand, product and technology teams.

You will translate evolving briefs into an integrated delivery plan, manage dependencies, and drive delivery from definition through launch and adoption in a matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience delivering software or digital transformation projects from definition through launch within complex organisations.
• Proven delivery of customer-facing digital products, e-commerce, CRM or other transactional platforms.
• Experience leading matrixed delivery teams across product, engineering, architecture, QA, data and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Contiki Horizon 2 assignment from definition and mobilisation through design, build, integration, testing, launch, hypercare and transition into business-as-usual support.
• Develop and maintain an integrated delivery plan across brand, product, technology and external suppliers.
• Coordinate the digital customer experience with underlying customer account, content, product, availability, pricing, basket, booking and payment capabilities.
• Collaborate with Salesforce, Tropics, Omnichannel and OMS programme leads to understand dependencies and delivery sequencing.
• Coordinate business, product, design, engineering, architecture, QA, data, security, operations and external delivery partners.
