Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Manager for its Secure Government division to enable organisations to maximise outcomes from digital transformation and innovative operations. You will lead work packages or Agile delivery teams, interact directly with clients, and manage scope, schedule, budget and quality to ensure successful delivery across our markets.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary experts, analyse performance and provide insightful reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership across diverse technical specialists within complex supply chains.
• Proven delivery of digital and IT transformation work packages in structured or agile environments.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget and quality to meet client expectations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and trusted relationships.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and shaping delivery approaches.

• Manage and lead defined work packages or small-to-medium projects.
• Ensure delivery meets scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.

• Operate with autonomy while maintaining strong delivery discipline.
• Represent the Transformation Solution Practice and build client confidence.
