Job summary

Boeing Defence UK seeks an experienced Technical Digital Lead to drive a new digital transformation programme and oversee the Digital work strand within Product Support. You will provide technical leadership across the digital domain and ensure outputs meet customer requirements while aligning with Boeing standards.

You will collaborate with US-based teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver the digital ecosystem, governance, and data exploitation capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering/CS/Math/Physics) or non-US equivalent.
• Eligibility for UK SC Security Clearance.
• Chartered Engineer status desirable, or progress toward CEng.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation or complex IT/digital programmes.
• Experience in data exploitation, governance, and use of digital tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight of all digital outputs within Product Support.
• Collaborate with US teams to deliver the new Digital ecosystem.
• Oversee data exploitation activities at leadership level and ensure alignment to customer needs.
• Liaise with IT, DSA and internal areas for governance and delivery.
• Develop objectives, work breakdown structures, schedules, and integration plans.
• Support cost estimation and process improvements in digital projects.
