Job Description:

Digital Tourism Business / Management Consultant - UK contract, Middle East client

Requirements:

• Background in Digital Business Consultancy (definition/documentation/presentation)
• Experience in Travel & Hospitality industry is a bonus
• Experience working within the Middle East (UAE or KSA preferred)

Location & Travel: UK/remote based, able to travel (trips no longer than 1-2 weeks, 3-4 trips per year, planned ad-hoc)

Responsibilities include:

• Define, agree, and mobilise Digital Tourism Target Operating Model
• Define Tourism's digital Services Assurance Integration and Management Framework (Strategy, Design, Build, Run)
• Implement Governance Framework & Structures:
• Change, Configuration and Control Body
• Partner Integration Framework
• Acceptance into Service Framework
• Issues & Requests Management

Define the digital support model for seamless visitor experience, develop capability and maturity models, align Business and IT frameworks, and support strategy development for visitor care and digital communications.

Assist in developing business cases, vendor quotes, and statements of work for service tenders and budgeting.
