Digital Tourism Business / Management Consultant - UK contract, Middle East client

Background in Digital Business Consultancy (definition/documentation/presentation)

Experience in Travel & Hospitality industry is a plus

Experience working within the Middle East (UAE or KSA preferred)

UK/remote based, able to travel (trips no longer than 1-2 weeks, planned on an ad-hoc basis, approximately 3-4 trips per year)

• Define, agree, and mobilize the Digital Tourism Target Operating Model
• Define Tourism's digital Services Assurance Integration and Management Framework (Strategy, Design, Build, Run)
• Implement Governance Framework & Structures for:
• Change, Configuration and Control Body
• Partner Integration Framework
• Acceptance into Service Framework
• Issues & Requests Management
• Define Tourism's digital support model to ensure seamless visitor experience and robust support services
• Define high-level Capability and Maturity Model for Digital Tourism
• Publish the Common Framework to align Business and IT
• Define Visitor Care strategy, digital toolset requirements, and establish Visitor Care
• Define Digital Communications strategy & requirements across the Common Framework (Strategy, Design, Build & Run)
• Support development of a business case (cost elements, vendor quotes) and statements of work for tendering and budgeting
